As a wife, chef, fitness coach, and gym owner, I truly adore what I do and am dedicated to helping clients on their health and wellness journeys. My career as a Nutritionist began in the UK, where I completed my Degree and Master’s in Nutrition & Sports Nutrition. After moving to Australia and meeting my husband, Tim, we purchased Fresh Start Gym and CrossFit Conditioning, where I’ve been able to combine my love of fitness with my passion for nutrition.

With over 13 years of experience as a qualified Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist, I specialize in helping individuals optimize their health, performance, and relationship with food.
